Bayer Opens 2016 Fall Solutions Early Order Program in Lawn &
Landscape Market
Fall Solutions offers early-order cost savings for lawn & landscape professionals
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Environmental Science, a business unit of the Crop Science division of
Bayer, is launching the 2016 Bayer Fall Solutions Program, offering early order incentives for lawn and
landscape professionals in the coming year. Fall Solutions extends through December 9, 2016. The flexible
program allows participants to save on individual products and product bundles to maximize savings.
“Providing the best possible service for lawn and landscape professionals means offering reliable products that
maximize customer satisfaction and respect the bottom line,” said Peter Farno, U.S. Lawn & Landscape
business manager. “We’re committed to providing that year-round for our customers through programs like Fall
Solutions.”
The Warm Season Herbicide PAK offers 8% savings when compared to individual product components and
provides a great combination of pre and post-emergence herbicide options to manage a broad spectrum of difficult to control weeds. Buy any PAK, and you can earn a 1% bonus rebate on your entire purchase as well as
an additional 1% bonus if you buy between October 1 and October 31.
Order early and save more with select product rebates and Total Program Rebates. The Total Program Rebate
is comprised of a PAK bonus, an October bonus and a tiered base bonus purchase-level rebate. Those at the
$40k purchase level will also qualify for a continued 9% rebate on all 2016 Fall Solutions products purchased
through September 30, 2017.

About Fall Solutions
New members signed up before March 1, 2017 will receive 2016 Fall Solutions rebates. All Rebates for 2016
Fall Solutions will be paid based on participant’s My Bayer Rewards profile choice as of March 1, 2017
(Distributor Credit or Loyalty Points). If no selection is made, the default for Fall Solutions rebate will be Loyalty
Points. Purchases qualifying for rebates will be the net of reward or credits. All products must be invoiced
between October 1 and December 9, 2016 to qualify. Rebate calculations will be based on the date of actual
product invoice and calculator tools are provided for estimation purposes only. Rebates will only be paid or
delivered to the company or name listed on the invoice. No checks can be issued to a third party. Please allow
for rebates to be fulfilled by August 31, 2017. Only end-user purchases qualify for this program, and purchases
must be from a Bayer authorized Distributor or Agent. Resale of product(s) purchased within this program will
not qualify for Distributor Credits or My Bayer Rewards points.
