To Cooling Control Line In To Heater Control Line In L' Line Voltage (Hot) L' Line Voltage (Hot) Contact Function 2 -Closed (hot) to #1 when room temp is below selected temp (Used To Heat) 4 -Closed (hot) to #1 when room temp is above selected temp (Used To Cool) Thermostat Directions 1. Always install the ground wire to the clip provided. 2. Thermostat is rain tight and drip proof, but is not a sealed unit. Do not submerge or install where unit will be under water. 3. Always install in accordance with all applicable electrical codes and requirements. 4. Do not exceed the loads listed on the thermostat. Calibration 1. To reset thermostat calibration use an accurate thermometer to find the current temperature. 2. Line up the indicating mark on their thermostat dial with the current temperature. 3. Tightly grip the outside of the knob with one hand and rotate the star shaped part of the knob with the other hand until a click is heard. ( See figure ) Installation 1. Locate thermostat in the desired location. 2. Install the wiring into the box using the water tight connector provided. 3.
