varieties of soup, to your patrons! Campbell’s® ready-toserve soups provide consistent quality, flavor and texture.
Immerse the pouch in boiling water until
the product reaches 180 degrees F (about 1
hour). Carefully remove the pouch from the
water using the EZ Lift strip. To open the
pouch, cut it with a knife starting center of
the top of the pouch and cut through the
edge. Grasp the bottom of the pouch and
then pour the product into a steam table
insert or holding kettle.
