1 - Installing inground uplight soil so that water (eg rain) can drain from the surface.
2 - Install recessing box or sealing tube, plan ahead scabbards for wiring and waterproof connections.
3 - Provide
adequate drainage : minimum height of the passage of the cable (see sketch). No warranty can be made in case
of sealing problem, if no sufficient drainage is done under the unit to evacuate water.

PILOTAGE DMX
DMX control characteristics :
- Control maximum 512 channels.
- 256 light levels per channel.
- Maximum 25 fixtures (ex.: PILOTBOX) per DMX line to maximum length of 200 meters.
- Maximum length of DMX cable between DMX control and the first fixture : 100mt.
- Connection will be made with special DMX cable with XLR 3-pin wires which is standardized.

5 -Check the orientation of products to install in the same direction.

nce recessing box or sealing tube fixed, remove wooden blocks and make waterproof connection (switched off) and ensure the
good installation of the luminaire (switched on).
7 - Put
in its recessed box while paying attention not to catch cable, screw or clip the luminaire.
8 - Clean glass surface with sponge and duster after the installation.
When we have to exceed maximum of (25) fixtures or maximum of length (200mt) per DMX line, we have to use a line distributor
called SPLITTER.
On a 4-way DMX SPLITTER, you can connect 4 lines of 25 fixtures.
SPLITTER is a 4-way DMX booster, each output and input can be isolated and separate from each other.
For all installation, is important to know how many DMX channels are use for each fixture.
Example : PILOTBOX LED RGB 350mA use 3 DMX channels.

Recommendation :
Beyond 200mt of DMX cable or on unused outputs’Splitter : We recommend using 120 Ohms DMX terminal resistance at each end
of DMX line, (Set code : 890-9100).
More commonly called DMX cap, its role is to enssure the good DMX signals transmission and avoid EMI (Electromagnetic
Interference).
POWER & CONSUMPTION
Caution : Indicated Output Power (W) is LED output without power supplies, components & power factor (Cos φ), in case of large
quantity of luminaires on installation, consult us.
CONNECTIONS
Avoid any traction on cable when connecting. Provide waterproof connection.
Provide enough cable length to remove the luminaire from its support.
INSTRUCTIONS
1 - Observe the usual precautions when connecting 230V (connection to earth / compliance phase-neutral…).
2 - Refer to the mode of connection : parallel.
3 - Comply with the polarity of luminaires and colours code cables.
4 - Comply with the specified operating temperature. Minimum ventilation (natural) and heat dissipation needed for a good working
order.
5 - For a correct use of LED luminaires, it is very important to consider the thermal environment to which the product will be installed.
6 - A controlled thermal regulation of the various LED luminaires can provide reliable and optimal operation.
