The secretariat of thè United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)
presents its compliments to thè national focal point of Italy and has thè honour to refer to thè
contribution of Italy to thè core budget for 2015.
Trust Fund for thè Gore Budget of thè UNFCCC
In accordance with thè financial procedures adopted by thè Conference of thè Parties (COP) at
its first session, contributions from Parties to thè 2015 core budget of thè Convention are due on
1 January 2015 (see decision 15/CP.l, annex I, para. 8 (b)), The COP, by decision 27/CP.19 approved
thè programme budget for thè biennium 2014-2015 and thè Conference of thè Parties serving as thè
Meeting of thè Parties to thè Kyoto Protocol endorsed this decision as it applies to thè Kyoto Protocol by
decision 10/CMP.9. By thè same decisions thè COP and thè CMP adopted thè indicative scales of
contributions for thè Convention and thè Kyoto Protocol respectively.
The amount due to thè core budget under thè Convention in euro, includìng any arrears or
advances, for Italy is as follows:
