These are high frequency words that as second graders we need to not only learn to read (without sounding out) but spell as well. There will be an assessment on Friday. We are working on literary text and reviewing its parts this week. We have also started our first author study with Cynthia Rylant. I am excited about the new authors we are going to read this year!
