POLITICAL SYSTEM
• Turkey has a structure based on the principle of
separation of powers. "Legislature", "executive"
and "judicial" powers of the principle of
separation is based on a triple force.
• Republican regime in the country governed by the
President of the Republic is the head of the State.
In this capacity he represents the Republic of
Turkey and the unity of the Turkish nation;

• The economy of Turkey is defined as an emerging
market economy by the IMF and is largely developed,
making Turkey one of the world's newly industrialized
countries.
• The country is among the world's leading producers of
agricultural products; textiles; motor vehicles, ships
and other transportation equipment; construction
materials; consumer electronics and home appliances.
• In recent years, Turkey had a rapidly growing
private sector, yet the state still plays a major
role in industry, banking, transport, and
communications.
• Turkey is the world's largest Muslim
economy, ie, the richest country in the Muslim world.
