Gideon The Farmer Judges 6:11-16 14And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee? Gideon The Farmer Judges 6:11-16 15And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house. Gideon The Farmer Judges 6:11-16 16And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man. What God Thought of Gideon Gideon was with God. Gideon was a strong man with courage. What Gideon Thought of Himself Gideon had seen the tragedies. Gideon did not see miracles. Gideon thought that God forsook him. Gideon was under the rule of the Midianites. Gideon was poor. Gideon was not well known. Gideon’s Weakness Gideon had fear of fighting. Gideon had fear of dying. Gideon had a habit of indecision. Gideon had cowardice.
