Form Comprehensive Business Alliance
Techno Rise Corporation (Techno Rise) and NOAH CORPORATION (NOAH) reached an
agreement to form a comprehensive business alliance.
1. Background
NOAH was established with the aim to solve various issues related to semiconductor
manufacturing equipment with three business units; new equipment, technical support
and software solutions.
The integration of both companies’ product lines, Techno Rise’s ultrahigh precision
processing technology and process development capability enables us to make
proposals of more meticulous and expanded total solutions from circuit design through
final products.
By this, we believe that we are able to make a precise response to our customers’
needs more than ever by the addition of NOAH’s products and sales network; the
consistent proposals for processes not only in the semiconductor market but also for
the development and manufacturing MEMS-related and environment-related products
under the various circumstances that include making higher-precision, laborsaving and
online control in each process.
We would move forward with further enhanced service through newly developed
equipment, proposals for processes, etc.
