Gabriel (Spoken)
The story we have for you is about the first Christmas. But before you start
thinking shepherds and wise men, I need to tell you that this Christmas story is
one you‟ve never heard before. That‟s because we‟re going to step back in
time…time before the shepherds and wise men…before the manger…even
before my visit to Mary. We‟re going to step back all the way to when the angels
found out about the birth of Jesus. After all, that‟s when Christmas really began!
Michael’s called a meeting, called a meeting, called a meeting!

“I” Trouble
CHORUS
Solo or group
We’ve got “I’ trouble
All “I” trouble, everybody’s lookin’ out for number one: “Me, myself and
I” trouble—What’s gonna become of all this…
Solo or group “I” trouble?
All “I” trouble; Nobody cares about his fellow man. “I” trouble is why
trouble is getting out of hand.
Verse 1
Now the Heavenly Father is very distressed at the shape the world is in; At
every glance and at every turn man’s deep in every sin.
REPEAT CHORUS
Verse 2
Now the great commandment is simple indeed, “love your neighbor as
yourself”; But everyone is so filled with greed that Lord we need Your help.
Repeat Chorus 2x
….it’s getting out of hand, it’s getting out of hand, it’s getting out
of, getting out of, getting out of hand!
The Perfect “10”
In a cloud of fire and smoke a mighty voice of thunder broke
as God descended to the mountain top.
High upon Mt. Sinai He gave the rules we should live by
as God gave out the “shalts” and “thou shalt nots.”
Verse
Number one, we‟ve just begun God should be first in your life.
Number two‟s the idol rule those graven images aren‟t nice.
Number three, God‟s name should be never spoken in jest.
Number four, the Sabbath‟s for our worship and for rest.
Number five, we all should strive to honor father and mother.
Number six, don‟t get your kicks from killing one another.
Number seven, life is heaven when you‟re true to your mate.
Number eight, don‟t steal and break this rule for goodness sake!
Number nine, don‟t be the kind who goes around telling lies.
Number ten, don‟t covet when you see your neighbor‟s house or
wife.
That‟s the list and God insists we stay away from these sins.;
That is why we memorize commandments one thru ten.
.
Chorus 1
The perfect ten, the perfect ten; They‟re just as true as they were way
back when. God gave the perfect ten, the perfect ten; Let‟s say them
once again!
Repeat Verse
Chorus 2
The perfect ten, the perfect ten; They‟re just as true as they were way
back when. God gave the perfect ten, the perfect ten; God gave the
perfect ten. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9…The perfect ten!
Sing to the Lord
Look up ye people for the Lord hears your cry,
Lift up your eyes unto the heavens.
Lift up your praises for His promise is nigh,
A promise of peace to all men.
Sing to the Lord, sing to the Lord, Sing to the Lord all ye lands;
Come join the mountains in singing—for His promise is at hand.
Look up ye people for the Lord hears your cry,
Lift up your eyes unto the heavens.
Lift up your praises for His promise is nigh,
A promise of peace to all men.

“I” Trouble (Reprise)
CHORUS
We’ve got “I” trouble, “I trouble.”
Everybody’s lookin’ out for number one.
“Me, myself, and I” trouble!
What’s gonna become of all this “I” trouble? “I” trouble”
Nobody cares about his fellow man.
“I” trouble is why trouble is getting out of hand.
So the Lord recruited the “Minor” league to show the people their sin. But
the situation was still the same they ignored all twelve of them:
Hosea
Joel
Amos
Obadiah
Jonah
Micah
Nahum
Habakkuk
Zephaniah
Haggai
Zechariah
Malachi
Aye, Aye, Aye!
CHORUS
We’ve got “I” trouble, “I trouble.”
Everybody’s lookin’ out for number one.
“Me, myself, and I” trouble!
What’s gonna become of all this “I” trouble? “I” trouble”
Nobody cares about his fellow man.
“I” trouble is why trouble is getting out of hand,
is getting out of hand, is getting out of hand!

What Love
Girl’s Chorus
What love, what love the Father has for us that He might leave the
beauty of heaven!
What love, what love the Father has for us: Tho‟ He knows what we
are,
He would come from afar to show us we can be forgiven.

If it Were Up to Me
Choir
If it were up to me I think He should go as some kind of great hero, someone
everyone would know.
He would be the greatest of all time, the one and only of a kind, someone folks
would stand in line to see.
Solo I
Here‟s my idea (spoken)
If it were up to me He‟d be a mighty King then He would own everything, And His
praises men would sing.
He would be the richest man around—people would be falling down, waiting just
to kiss the ground you see—If it were up to me.
Choir
He‟d be the king of the country, the richest man on earth;
Even His sweet little ol‟ queen won‟t know what He‟s worth. The people would
love Him for His silver and His gold. He‟d have so much money! It‟s not even
funny—The king of the country—That‟s how He should go.
Solo II
Here‟s what I think (spoken)
If it were up to me—He would be strong and tough, someone who could strut His
stuff, Keep it up when things get tough.
He would be—a military man, a soldier who would take a stand and fight the
battle „til His land is free—If it were up to me
Choir: Left, left, left, right left
He‟d be the soldier of Judea, the leader of His men:
He‟d win every battle just like ol‟ Gideon.
He‟d free all the people when He marched into Rome. He‟d lead a big battalion
upon a snow-white stallion, The soldier of Judea—That‟s how He should go!
Solo III
No! (Spoken)
If it were up to me—He‟d be a famous man, more well known than Abraham, a
household word across the land; He would be—the star of every stage! “The
performer of the age; It‟s for sure He‟d be the rage you see---If it were up to me!
Choir
He‟d be the greatest musician the world has ever seen, He‟d play the coliseum
and all the fans would scream; The‟d all come to see Him from Crete to Jericho.
He‟d set the world on fire, when He plays His lyre—The greatest musician—
That‟s how He should go.
Choir
If it were up to me—I think that He should go as some kind of great hero,
Someone everyone would know; He would be—the greatest of all time, the one
and only of a kind, someone folks would stand in line to see…….If it were up to
me!
Close To Him
Solo
He wants to be close to His children, so He‟ll become a child
A helpless little baby, a Savior meek and mild.
He‟ll leave His home in heaven to prove His love is real,
And be born as a baby just so man can feel…
Choir
Close to Him, close to Him; And now all of His children can feel so
close to Him.
Close to Him, Close to Him, and now all of His children can feel so
close to Him.
Choir
He‟ll know what it‟s like to be lonely and how it feels to cry,
To love His friends and family,
Then have to say good-by.
This baby in a manger will be God‟s pure love revealed—yes, love
living among them just so man can feel
Choir
Close to Him, close to Him; And now all of His children can feel so
close to Him.
Close to Him, Close to Him, and now all of His children can feel so
close to Him.
Come to the Manger
Come to the manger, come to the Savior this Baby Jesus born for all
men.
You will find in Him an everlasting friend so come and ask Him in
your heart.
Come now adore Him, come down before Him, this Baby Jesus born
for all men.
You will find in Him an everlasting friend, so come and ask Him in
your heart.
O come let us adore Him. O come let us adore Him. O come let us
adore Him Christ the Lord.
Come now believing, come now receiving this Baby Jesus born for all
men; You will find in Him an everlasting friend so come and ask Him
in your heart.

Angel’s Aware
Gabriel
You‟ve heard the story now you know, why God chose this way to go;
The Christmas message we can share for now the angels are aware!
Choir
Angels aware, we‟re angels aware;
Aware of the plan behind the plan
Of how God will send His Son to man;
We‟ve got the picture we understand
We‟re angels aware!
Angels aware, we‟re angels aware;
Once in the dark we‟ve seen the light,
We‟re ready to see that star so bright,
And sing to the shepherds in the night
We‟re angels aware!
We’re aware that God sent His Son into the world,
Not to condemn the world,
But that the world through Him might be saved!
We’re aware that the wages of sin is death,
But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord!
We’re aware that God so loved the world that He gave His only
Begotten son,
That whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish,
But have everlasting life!
Angels aware, we‟re angels aware.
Aware of the love God has for you
And not that our time together is through
There‟s nothing that we would rather do
Than to make you aware of His love!
Memory Verse
Angel‟s Aware Program
We’re aware that God sent His son into the world,
not to condemn the world,
But that the world through Him might be saved!
We’re aware that the wages of sin is death,
but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord!
We’re aware that God so loved the world
that He gave His only begotten son,
that whosoever believeth in Him,
should not perish,
but have everlasting life!
