the lean principles to the Supply Chain Management
Introduction
Most of the time people don’t understand why the the supply chain doesn’t work properly.
It’s not due to the IT (information technology).It’s mainly due to the way companies run
theirs operations. During this seminar, the attendees will discover the principles and the main
tools to apply in order to make the supply chain works . The continuous improvement process
by waste elimination must be the new philosophy.
The objectives of this seminar are :
- to understand what “Lean six sigma manufacturing” means
- how the lean principles apply to the supply chain management
- to know which and when a specific tool has to be used
