1. Consider your personal values. These are the rules you live by.
The things that matter most in your life. (Complete the Values
Checklist)
2. Once you have determined your personal values consider this…
What do you value/respect in your leaders? What principles do you
expect them to live by?
3. Now, think about your own leadership. What do you want to be
known for? What do you want your followers to say about you?
4. Narrow the list down to your top 3-5 Leadership Values.

Now, let’s focus on something different.
What do you want to achieve in your leadership?
How do you want your followers to feel?
What do you want your followers to achieve?
The goal is to create a list of 3-5 outcomes
for your leadership/your followers.
