type of disability group after 1990.
• 2007- Reform of social care law and adaption of strategy of support of
transformation of social care institution.
• I. faze (2009-2013) 32 institutions involved, with the capacity 3 800 clients ( from
total capacity of 16 000).
• II. faze from 2014 more then 40 institutions involved.
• ESF supported by National Transformation Centre (1,5 mil Euro) (trainings,
