How the heart works. The cardiac cycle: veins – atria
– ventricles – arteries. Atrial systole – Ventricular systole – Diastole .
Blood moves with irregular pulsation flow and changes
due to: physical exercise, sleep, temperature, …. There are
sphincters that control the flow of blood
Varicous veins: veins can become weakened with time and
unusual pressure (standing up), valves become weakened, blood
flows back and can pool. Walk is usuful to prevent veins
