Broadcast journalism is the field of news and journals which are "broadcast" published by electrical methods, instead of the older methods, such as printed newspapers and posters. A voice over, or VO, is a video article narrated by the anchor Sound on tape, or SOT, is sound and/or video, usually recorded in the field Broadcast "stories" (articles) can be written in "packages", "readers", "voice overs", and "sound on tape". Scripts for speaking to be broadcast tend to be written differently than text to be read by the public. Why I Like This Business I love public speaking. Journalism has always interested me. I like writing scripts and stories. You get to be on TV or the radio. It’s an interesting and exciting job. People with this job make a lot of money.
