Food Prices Rise



U.S shoppers spent 5.8% of there income on
food.
Week dollar causes a rise in prices.
Food Inflation was 4% last year which was an
increase from the previous year of 2.4%. Inflation
is expected to go up and even double.

In the first quarter of sales they lost 2.2 billion
dollars.
The government is relying on them to bring
us out of the slump that the housing market is
in.
Fannie Mae is the company with the most
amount of loans in America.
There cutting there dividend from 35 cents to
25 cents which will free up about 390$ million
dollars a year to help with lost money.

The plan to have new objective’s those include:
Lowering the financial cushion of the company,
Let the customers refinance up to 120% of there
mortgage and they hope they can recover from
all the lost money by keeping better track of the
money.

23,000 have died from this deadly cyclone and
42,000 are missing and the death toll could get
up to 100,000.
Myanmar has taken no help from anyone up until
May 8th when they took help from the United
States.
Malaria has broken out and is spreading due to
Junta not taking help and wanting isolation from
everyone and thinking he and his military could
handle it.

hardest hit and has the most people and
is not receiving nearly enough help.
