Why is this important?
This topic is important because it happens whether you
are:
• Seeking employment
• Day to day interactions
• Meetings
• Written reports
Misrepresentations
• Volume of voice
are you soft spoken and not making your self heard? are you too loud
and running over meetings and people
• Choice of words
do you use positive words to describe yourself, job and profession.
Too many people start with “all I do is” or think their job is not
important to the overall mission
• Body language
rolling eyes, slouching in chairs, etc.
• Think about ways you may have given the wrong
message!
