Low efficiency and high costs in using helicopters to transport hard disks for offshore oilfield
data collection.
The blind spot of offshore oilfield communications exists in the data transmission and voice
communication between drilling platforms and FPSOs and between FPSOs and tankers. For
long-distance voice communications, only satellite systems can be used, which has a low
bandwidth but a high cost.

video services and implements load balancing between links to avoid idle links.
