operated by world class customer service executives possessing extensive local knowledge,
expertise and resources, and specializing in the design of the ultimate Jamaican vacation
and or event.

THE DMC TEAM
Your Tourwise experience begins with your Account Executive, who will begin the process of
developing a program that suits the particular needs of you and your client. As your DMC
partner, your program will be handed over to your assigned Tourwise Program Planner, who will
be responsible for the day-to-day planning, bookings and details of the program prior to your
guests arrival, as well as onsite dining and transfer operations.
Upon your guests arrival Tourwise will also provide a Sr. Program Manager dedicated to and
responsible for the operation, execution and management of the program. The Senior Program
Manager, working together with the Program Planner, heads the Operations Team, which
services your guests onsite throughout the program.

We can organise something special or spectacular for everyone who visits Jamaica –
be it a trip through the mountains, a feast under the a moonlit tropical sky, shopping
at duty free centres and or the craft markets or ziplining over a river.
Tourwise is ranked as one of the most experienced operator of tours in the island, and

We run many weekly tours to beaches, waterfalls, rivers, mountains, great houses, and
great outdoor adventure thrills. These tours are conducted by car, coach, and
boats, accompanied by multilingual guides and trained drivers. All our excursions

EXCURSIONS
THE BLACK RIVER. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride along one of the longest navigable rivers in Jamaica and a natural habitat for many bird species as well as crocodiles. Your
guide knows the crocs by name and will call them to come to the boat to be fed.
THE YS FALLS - Walk along the banks, bath in the waters or just admire the falls where the river flows. These falls can only be reached by a tractor drawn jitney
so you discover more of the local countryside that Jamaica has to offer.

ZIPLINE ADVENTURE - Feel the sensation of flying with the birds as you pass over the tree canopy. Marvel at magnificent views of the Jamaica hills and farmland

BLUE MOUNTAINS Visit Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountains. At Newcastle see stunning views across the valley. Visit Craighton Coffee Estate to hear and see

THE DUNN’S RIVER FALLS Climb the 600ft Dunn’s River Falls with the naturally chiseled steps and Jacuzzi’s in a “daisy chain” style.

MARTHA BRAE - Thirty-foot long bamboo rafts are boarded from a concrete pier, under the supervision of a licensed dispatcher. The raft ride is operated over a
three mile stretch of the beautiful Martha Brae River and lasts approximately one hour. Once on the raft, guests can learn about “The Legend of Martha
Brae” or enjoy an exhilarating swim.

PORT ANTONIO- Swim or relax at Frenchman’s Cove on a white sand beach set in a romantic cove fed by a crystal-clear mountain stream. Visit the legendary beauty
spot such as the BLUE LAGOON which is a natural favorite for swimmers as the mix of fresh and salt water offers an unusual bathing experience.

Used Tourwise for our airport transfer from
Montego Bay, Jamaica to Runaway Bay near
Ocho Rios. Our drivers both directions were
very punctual, as well as knowledgeable about
the surroundings. They were happy to answer
all of our questions. A very safe ride for a
reasonable cost. Definitely recommend.
We have also utilized the opportunity to learn from the negative
feedbacks and take the necessary corrective actions and
proactive approach to enhance our overall service.
