PRICE TENDER SHEET / DRAFTING THE PROJECT DOCUMENT FOR THE SECOND PHASE

All fees and other costs shall be given in Euro (the currency of payments). Fees shall be given
exclusive of Finnish VAT but shall include all other taxes and levies. Price is the basis of the
compensation to be paid for the services provided by the Consultant in accordance with the
Contract. Price includes both expert fees and reimbursable costs. The Tenderer shall indicate
the share of the value added tax where applicable. The Foreign Ministry's VAT-number is
FI02459739.
The price tender evaluation is based on the total fees of the Personnel (Table A) and
reimbursable costs (Table B)
