Pump consists of:
Horizontal volute casing pump, single-stage, with ratings and main
dimensions to EN 733,with bearing bracket, in back pull-out design. Axial
suction nozzle, discharge nozzle pointing radially upwards. Shaft equipped
with replaceable shaft sleeve/shaft protecting sleeve in the shaft seal area.
Volute casing and impeller with replaceable casing wear rings.
Volute casing with integral pump feet. Impeller trimmed to match the
specified duty point, enabling energy savings.
The Etanorm type series complies with the requirements to be met by
standardised water pumps as per EC Directive 547/2012 as of 1 January
2013. As stipulated by ErP Regulation 2009/125/EC, the MEI index of ≥ 0.1
(min.) is indicated on the pump name plate and in the technical data sheet.

PumpMeter - intelligent Pressure sensor
The PumpMeter device is an intelligent pressure sensor for pumps, with local
output of measured values and operating data.
The device consists of two pressure sensors and a display unit. It records the
load profile of the pump in order to indicate any potential for optimising energy
efficiency and availability.
PumpMeter is supplied completely assembled and parameterised for the
corresponding pump. It is ready for operation as soon as the M12 plug connector

KSB SuPremE®-Motor
IEC-compatible, sensorless, and magnetless synchronous reluctance motor
that meets efficiency class IE4 requirements for super premium efficiency as
defined in IEC/CD 60034-30 Ed. 2.0 (05/2011), to be used in conjunction
with a KSB PumpDrive S speed control system. Suitable for connection to a
three-phase voltage network 380 - 480 V (via PumpDrive). The motor
mounting points comply with EN 50347 specifications to ensure compatibility
with standardised IEC frame motor applications and full interchangeability
with IE2 standardised asynchronous motors. Envelope dimensions lie within
the limits for IE2 motors as recommended in DIN V 42673 (07/2011). The
motor is controlled without rotor position sensors. Efficiency of the motor
also exceeds 95 percent of rated efficiency when the motor rotates at 25
percent of its rated speed in a quadratic load application. No magnets or
“rare-earth elements” are used in the motor, which makes the production
process sustainable and environmentally friendly.

PumpDrive - self-cooled frequency converters
PumpDrive is a self-cooled frequency converters with a modular structure that
allows a stepless speed change of induction and synchronous reluctance motors
(PumpDrive S) over standard analog signals, fieldbus or keypad.
The housing parts of the PumpDrive S that are in contact with the environment,
are free from harmful to lacquer materials.
