DEVINCI- AGE 34, well educated about

or turns out to be victorious. He is a

doesn’t tolerate disrespect at all.

when he is in a room. He is a people
person. Always prepared for
opposition. Very persuading,

impulsive at times. A killer by all

Devinci and his team, fuck everyone
else. Controls the projects. Will destroy
anyone that jeopardizes the rules
handed out in the projects or the
financial gain from it. Doesn’t drink or
smoke. Considered hard to relate to.
Not trust worthy to people outside of
his team. Has ability to flip or change
in a heartbeat. However very respectful
to his elders and given to the
children….. Weakness. His greed.
3. Bay- 6ft 195 lbs. Very dark in
complexion, age 33. He collects all the
money from south side strips. All his
cars are black on black. Extremely
loyal to Devinci. Everyone loves him.
He has a good heart but will show his
other side if he feels your trying to play
him. Loves champagne but doesn’t
smoke. Post up in the barbershop.
Always counting money. Loves his
position. Watches nothing but sports
and loves his cars and
bikes……Weakness. Gambling
4. Green Eyes- Pretty boy. 5.6 175 lbs. His
position to the team is he is the runner.
That job is to make sure the material
reaches the spots and the buyers.
Always has a story to tell about a
female encounter. Loyal to Devinciand
his team. Drinks occasionally. Women
love him because of who he is.
However they also know he lacks
loyalty when it comes to
commitment…. Weakness pussy
Knowledge- 6.1 200 lbs. Brown eyes. He
works or should I say he handles his
business in the projects with
hissoldier’s. He has been raised by his
grandmother being that both his parents
are deceased. His mother was caught
cheating with his father’s best friend. In
turn his father killed her and then he
was killed. He ia very humble and
disciplined. Loves his team and is very
loyal to them. Knows nothing but the
game. Takes care of his grandmother
now that her age is catching up to her.
Drinks only when they go out and even
then he babysits his cup. Doesn’tshow
a lot of emotion do to the loss of
mother and his very little trust in them.

his soldiers, grandmother and team…

6. Bishop- 5.7 160 lbs. Devinci’s nephew.
Hot headed and spoiled. He always got
a little money in long island. But most

of his wealth came from the loss of his
father being killed by the police after a
belt buckle being mistaken as a
weapon. That’s what gives him the “ I
don’t give a fuck attitude”. He looks up
to Devinci and admires the power he
upholds. Especially after being raised
by a crack head mother and the streets
raising him. Bishop has always been
back and forth to juvenile detention
centers as a adolescence. All the young
girls love him because he drives and is
the nephew of Devinci.
7. Cliff- 6.1 195 lbs., Jamaican. He is a
killer by nature. Very brutal in his
tactics. Smokes a lot of weed. Travels
back and forth to his country. Usually
when he is around it’s a issue that
needs to be addressed. Jamaicans
acknowledges his when he is in their
presence from the history of him in
Jamaica Island.
8. Blue- 5.5in 175 lbs. From Brooklyn. They
call him Blue because he has blue eyes.
Brown skin with wavy hair. Loved and
feared. Devinci’s extended family from
a business stand point. As well does
favors for Devinci, when there is a
issue at hand. He is very cunning but
congenial. He runs with no one but his
two hommies, Miz and Drama. He
believes the smaller the circle the least
chance for infiltration and much easier

114th Precinct
Captain Romano “Lisa Romano”
Italian, plays by the rules. 6ft. tall,
135lbs is the commanding officer of
the 114th precinct. Is married with a 18
yr old daughter. Doesn’t bite her
tongue. Wears her hair in a ponytail.
Cathlic Religion, 47 yrs old. Drinks
occasionally. Favors Lavardi in work
tactics. But will let it be known, who’s
in charge.

Michael Lavardi
5’7, 150lbs, Italian, 38yrs., Catholic
Religion, Day shift officer. Not married.
Very outspoken. Takes his position very
serious on the streets. Displays his
race-card to drug dealers, only after he lost
his sister to drug overdose handed down by
a dealer in South Jamaica, Queens.
Corrupt. Takes money and uses force. Has
a personal vendetta with the Southside, as a
whole and is willing to do whatever it takes
to being Devinci and his team down. Isn’t

good with taken orders by a woman.
Drinks and smokes weed and trigger
happy.

David Sweenie
Italian, 40 yrs old, 6ft tall, medium build,
Catholic. Married with 3 children. Corrupt
and is also a day shift officer. Lavardi’s
partner. Backs up Lavardi’s ways, even if
he doesn’t agree to them. By any means.

Michael Colone
6’1, 210 lbs., Irish/Spanish, 40 yrs.
old, Catholic. He’s a night officer for
anti-crime unit. The streets call him
Rambo, because his heartless
demeanor. He drinks, doesn’t smoke,
loves to pull his gun out. Can be very
violent. Married with no
children. Not corrupt (meaning he
doesn’t take any money). But will
back up his colleges.

Jerry Rothman
5’6, stocky, low haircut, 180lbs. ,

Religion Scientology. The streets call
him “Big Bird”, due to his size.
Works the anti-crime unit, night shift,
partners with Calone and Officer
Brown. A boxer by talent. Loves to be
in the gym. Is married with one baby
daughter. His wife is a lawyer. He
plays by the books. Only takes the
violence personal. Really doesn’t care
about drug money. Has his own
reason, why he is sided like that.
Kevin Brown
5’11, 190lbs, Religion Muslim, goes
by “Black Cop” in the streets. Just for
that reason, he’s the only black cop in
the anti-crime unit, that is on the night
shift. Works out often and also knows
how to box. Has girlfriends, isn’t
married. He has no children. Doesn’t
drink or smoke. Has a people person
demeanor. But is very observant.
Takes his job serious, knows the
streets very well. Raised by his
Grandmother. Once had his time
trying to get money. But has invested
his business in real estate and is very
successful from it. He is the closest to
knowing the ins and outs. He’s from
Jamaica Queens originally. His father
was very known in the streets as an
enforcer/ stickup kid.
