As stated in your offer letter the optional works are confirmed stand alone prices that can be used as Compensation Event costings if required, and will remain valid up till the 28th May 2012. The CDM Co-ordinator and Supervisor for this scheme are as stated in the Task Order Contract data. The HA Project Leader will be Redacted under Sec 40 of the FOIA ‘Personal Information’ (Project Sponsor). For the purpose of complying with the Construction (Design and Management) regulations 2007, I hereby formally appoint you as the Principal contractor for this Task Order. For the purpose of complying with Regulation 4 of the Site Waste Management Plan Regulations 2008, I hereby appoint you as the Principal Contractor for this Task Order. The Access Date will be confirmed to you by the Supervisor. This will form Task Order No: ESE09092 of the Framework Contract. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence. A copy of the MST for Performance Measurement will be issued shortly. The arrangements for measuring performance on this Task Order should be agreed with the HA Project Leader/Supervisor at the inception of the task. As an absolute minimum a completed KPI report will be required at the end of each Task Order before further work can be commissioned. Performance, measured against the contract KPIs, is one of a number of factors that will be considered by the Agency when allocating future work. We have asked the MAC for this area to put in hand preparation of a consolidated volume of the documents comprising the Task Order. A copy will follow shortly.
