Use this as a homepage for YOU, available for all to see and learn. Political Rights Create a Podcast Debate with 2-3 students where you speak on issues such as voting rights, political parties, government structure etc where a problem is defined and solutions offered in a discussion type forum for the class to listen and have reaction too. Cultural Experience and Learning Visit a cultural event (different than your own) in a community (small or large scale), interview community leaders, and post pictures and a blog of the event on BubbleShare Communication We will continue to keep in touch outside of school using either a class Wiki created by the teacher or through the use of Imbee Cultural Encounter and Affects Through Viddler, create a interpretation of a single perspective to any cultural encounter covered in class (Christopher Columbus/Native Americans, Immigrants etc). Present this in class along with the alternate points of view from the other classmates.
