Huang Joins Kiplinger’s Personal Finance As Senior Associate Editor Washington, D.C. (August 29, 2011)—Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine announces the appointment of Nellie S. Huang as Senior Associate Editor. Huang joins Kiplinger’s after four years with The Wall Street Journal Asia, where she was stationed in Hong Kong. She has also written and edited for SmartMoney and Money. While at SmartMoney, Huang co-authored two books, The SmartMoney Stock Picker’s Bible and The SmartMoney Guide to Long-term Investing. “Nellie has a well-rounded media background, both at major international and financial publications, and will bring an authoritative voice to Kiplinger’s,” said Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Editor Janet Bodnar. “Her experience writing about investing and consumer topics makes her an asset to our staff and we are pleased to have her with us.” Huang graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and started her journalism career at M Magazine in New York City.
