Hebrews 12:1-3 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us

Psalms 27:1-6 The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of
my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My
enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. 3 Though an army may encamp against me, My heart
shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident. 4 One thing I have
desired of the LORD, That will I seek:That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my
life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple. 5 For in the time of trouble He
shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me
high upon a rock. 6 And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me;
Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the
LORD. NKJV
Matthew 14:27-32 27 But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do
not be afraid." 28 And Peter answered Him and said, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to
You on the water." 29 So He said, "Come." And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he
walked on the water to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw that the wind was boisterous,* he was
afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!" 31 And immediately Jesus
stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"
32 And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. NKJV
2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. NKJV
2 Corinthians 4:18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are
not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are

Isaiah 40:28-31 28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The
Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. 29
He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. 30 Even the
youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the
LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not
be weary, They shall walk and not faint. NKJV
Philippians 3:12-14 12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on,
that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not
count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind
and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of
