Working as an Onsite technician I was required to be autonomous,
communicative, and take responsibility for customer equipment. My
responsibilities are listed below:Personal Computers –
 Fault diagnostics and preliminary cost assessment of the repairs.
 Undertake housekeeping duties on clients’ PC’s such as removing
spyware/adware and viruses.
