Dr.S.Jagannath has four decades of experience spanning manufacturing, banking, financial services, information
technology, business process outsourcing, education, training and consultancy in India and abroad. He has worked
in senior positions and has contributed significantly to the growth of the institutions. He has achieved expertise in
the area of administration, operations, finance, human resources, business development, legal, quality
management system and internal audit functions.
His passion for learning and upskill coupled with business acumen has helped him succeed in the roles he held. He
has written business manuals (SOP) for two private banks in Africa and three corporate in India. While serving
institutions in the top management cadre, his penchant for kick starting his own business venture grew slowly and
steadily.
In 2010, he bid adieu to employment and started his business venture as a management consultant. He added up
new areas of business such as content writing, training, recruitment, legal assistance and internal audit. He founded
JSI Ventures in 2010 which was a management consultancy unit initially. When training business poured in, he
opened a separate unit, AUROJAY Skill Academy to manage training related business. In 2015, the demand for
academic related assignments made him open third establishment, Academic Unlimited. All the three business
have seen its own ups and downs in a span of 6 years. While success makes one a leader, failure makes him a
preacher. He is good at teaching and has been taking up freelance faculty assignments.
Today, apart from his own businesses, he is also supporting mid size corporate in legal, human resources and
quality management system. He is also an advisor for a group of academic institutions in India engaged in imparting
professional education. His business models are simple and easy to follow for youngsters aspiring to become an
entrepreneur. He has helped several youths in setting up new enterprise and has guided them in running their day to
day operations in a structured manner. He is a consultant for India for an Africa based global tendering organization.
He has done his Doctorate in Management Studies, Masters in Commerce, Masters in Business Administration,
Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Bachelors in Commerce and Bachelors in General Law. He is a
Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and an ISO 9000 Certified Lead Assessor. He has contributed
papers in international seminars on varied topics.
He is member of Indian Institute of Bankers, Indian Didactics Association and Indian Trainers Association.
He is an avid traveler and has visited countries in the east and west.
