independent nonprofit academic institution founded in 1965. It has long been viewed as among the best
graduate business schools in Latin America. Academically, the focus at IESA is on general
management, but special options within the MBA address the needs of public, business, and nonprofit
organizations. The finance concentration is very strong. IESA provides an opportunity for students
interested in the Latin American business environment to study how the region relates to, or differs
from, other markets and economies.
