Thank you for sending in the deposit before the summer holidays as well as the reply slip. We had a huge amount of interest in the trip and I can confirm that we have a group of 40 girls attending the trip, across current years 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12. Due to the numbers of students attending, we will now be taking a total of 5 members of staff. This means we will have a student to staff ratio of 1:8. As mentioned in the previous letter, the next payment of £250 is due at the end of September. Below are the dates and payments required over the next academic year. If there are any problems with these payments or dates, please do not hesitate to contact me. In the, hopefully very unlikely, event that you wish to cancel your daughters place on the Trip, the following amount of money will be charged: 70-29 days before trip – 60% of full payment 28-15 days before trip – 80% of full payment 14 days before trip – 100% of full payment In January, I will be holding an evening meeting for you all to attend to give you confirmed information about the trip as well as give you the chance to ask questions and meet the other parents of the girls travelling.
