Honor’s project for models of the atom (25 pts)
You will design a way to demonstrate your knowledge of the following:





The scientists listed that contributed to the understanding of the atom. (5 pts)
A picture of the scientist obtained from the Internet. (5 pts)
A picture of the model that the scientist proposed for the atom. Please make sure
that it is one from that scientist, and not another scientist. (ex. If you are looking
for a model for Bohr or Rutherford, you cannot have a neutron in the nucleus
because the nucleus had not been discovered yet. (5 pts)
A written description of the scientist’s contribution. (5 pts)
Be creative. (5 pts)
You can make a timeline, place on one paper or make a booklet. You might make the
presentation on Google slides, then, put in book form. You can draw a picture of the
models of the atom that the scientist proposed or get from Internet.
Make sure that the picture is accurate.
You can use these titles, or make your own. Just make sure that the scientists are in the
order that they contributed their experiments.
