Your Job:
1. Choose a plant or animal cell.
2. Transform your cell into some building, school, government agency, coffee shop,
dance club, museum, zoo, post office, or whatever you can think of.
3. Assign each organelle to a function within your created domain. For example, if I
transform my cell into a dance club, I might call the DJ the “nucleus.”
4. Label your drawing with both the name of the organelle and the name of its role
within the created domain.
5. You must assign the following organelles to a function within your created domain:
NUCLEUS, CYTOPLASM, CELL MEMBRANE, CELL WALL (PLANT CELL),
CHLOROPLAST (PLANT CELL), VACUOLE, LYSOSOME (ANIMAL CELL),
MITOCHONDRIA.
6. Color the entire sheet. Be very neat. Points will be given for creativity as well.
