Corporate Management – The Japanese Way:
Overview:
The introduction of corporate management is very much important in
today’s competitive world. The term corporate management sounds
very much charismatic but the proper implementation of this is very
important to make sure its effectiveness in the business. Corporate
management mostly depends on how the upper level management
desires and design it.
Since corporate management system is rather a new concept and
practice in the perspective of Bangladesh, it is still in a very initiative
stage. For sometimes its advantages becomes the disadvantage due to
having misconception and misunderstanding of the whole thing.
There are several dependable variables working together and those are
also influenced by both internal and external factors. So, there are
chances that these factors go beyond the control and hamper the total
system. This is why strategic planning is the core of the corporate
management system.
Japan is one of the pioneer countries to introduce corporate
management system successfully. It has totally changed its economy
with this management system as Japan only has 17 percent arable
land. So it is only the human resource management that has shaped up
this economy.
