Project Special Provisions: Revision of Section 108-Limitation of Operations, pg. 29 Changed last paragraph to read “…½ hour after sunrise to ½ hour before sunrise…” Revision to Section 202-Removal of Bridge, pg. 33 Added the following sentence to payment paragraph: “All costs associated with Section 250 items Environmental Health and Safety Management, Monitoring Technician, and Health and Safety Officer shall not be paid for separately, but also included in the Payment for Removal of Bridge.” Revision of Section 202-Removal of Structures Coated with Heavy-metal based Paint, pg. 34 Added the following paragraph to subsection 202.01: “Results of paint test show that paint has a lead level of 390,000 mg/kg (39%).” Revision of Section 304-Aggregate Base Course, pg. 41 Added the following paragraph to subsection 304.02: “The Contractor may use reclaimed asphalt mat as Aggregate Base Course (Class 1) or (Class 6). Material shall be as shown in subsection 703.03. The costs associated with mixing the pulverized asphalt mat into existing subgrade and/or base course, wetting and compacting the mixed pulverized asphalt mat and subgrade base course, or both, blading, shaping, haul, and water shall not be paid for separately but included in the cost of Aggregate Base Course.” Revision of Section 310-Full Depth Reclamation of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, pg. 44 Subsection 310.02 paragraph three, sentence one changed to read …the mixture “may” then… Replaced “shall” with “may” Pg. 45, changed last paragraph to read, “Payment will be full compensation for all work necessary to complete the item including cutting of the existing asphalt mat and pulverizing the existing asphalt mat.” Revision of Section 630-Construction Zone Traffic Control, pg 54 Changed paragraph two to read, “Work that does interfere with vehicular traffic is allowed only during normal working hours on weekdays, or at any daylight time on weekends. The Contractor will be allowed to, with proper traffic control, close one lane of traffic.
