Sample scheme of work for GCSE (9–1) Economics
Scheme of Work for OCR GCSE (9–1) in Economics (J205) – teaching across
1 year
Following the suggestion of some Economics departments which are covering the new OCR GCSE (9-1) Economics course, J205 in one year,
we’ve created this sample scheme of work to show how the content could be organised over 30 weeks of teaching. It is designed as a guide only
and the order of topics can be changed to suit the preferences of the department. Textbook references are to new OCR GCSE (9-1) textbook,
which is available from spring 2017.
