Dear Students & Parents,
Below you will find the instructions for the Cell Model Project. This project will count as
a test grade in Science. This project will be due Monday, March 21, 2015
Cell Model Directions:
Use page 202 of your Science Interactive Workbook to create a model of a plant cell. Be sure to
title your model. You may create a drawing, or a three-dimensional model. Include & label each
of the following organelles in your model:
 Nucleus*
 Vacuole
 Cell wall*
 Cell membrane*
 Cytoplasm*
 Mitochondria
 Endoplasmic reticulum
 Golgi bodies
 Chloroplast*
*Write an informational paragraph describing the function of these organelles ONLY

to title your model. You may create a drawing, or a three-dimensional model. Include & label
each of the following organelles in your model:
