Classical Empires: Group Project *This project will require your group of four (4) people to conduct in-depth research on one of the important empires that dominated the world during the Classical Era. As a group you are to create a PowerPoint presentation that contains a minimum of six slides. Your presentation must contain the following information: 1) Opening slide – The name of your empire, the years that it was in existence, a map showing the territory controlled by the empire at its peak, and at least 2 other images related to your empire. 2) Important Persons – Each member of the group will be responsible to research political leader, military leader, artist, poet, philosopher, or other important person that is native to the empire that you are assigned. Each group member must create a minimum of one slide containing at least 3 facts about their individual, a picture of the individual, the years that they were alive, and their full name. 3) Concluding slide – Describe the causes of the downfall of your empire. Provide at least 3 reasons for the collapse of the empire. Include another image that represents your group at the end of its existence.
