This is a joint event organised by the College of Occupational Therapists, Chartered Society of
Physiotherapy, and Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.

TERMS OF BOOKING
The conference fee includes registration, conference materials, lunch and refreshments. It does not include travel or
accommodation. Confirmation letters will be sent upon receipt of booking form. Notice of change/cancellation must be made
in writing, by post or email. Cancellations made 14 working days or more before the event will incur a charge of 20% of the
registration fee. Cancellations made after this date will incur a charge of 60% of the registration fee. Cancellations on the
day of the event or ‘no shows’ will not be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time, but written notification must be
sent to the Events & Exhibitions Officer
