It does not include travel or accommodation. Confirmation letters will be sent upon receipt of booking form. Notice of change/cancellation must be made in writing, by post or email. Cancellations made 14 working days or more before the event will incur a charge of 20% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after this date will incur a charge of 60% of the registration fee.
