1. Submission of this form is not a guarantee of admission.
2. Registration fee is not refundable.
3. SAI Result of Class X, attested by the Principal, must be attached or PreBoard result of Class X from
an ICSE School.
4. Character Certificate from previous school must be attached.
5. Incomplete form / those filled with incorrect information / unattested copy of SA-1 result
will not be considered.
6. No alteration will be permitted in the registration form once it has been submitted. Parents
are advised to make necessary rectifications through legal procedure before submitting
the Registration form.
7. In case it comes to the knowledge of the School Authorities, at any point, that the information
furnished is incorrect or wrong, the admission will stand cancelled without having any right
to claim the refund of the fee paid.
8. Entrance test will be conducted on 1st July 2016 (Saturday) at 9:30 a.m.
