Design criteria for SEPIC and Cuk converters as power factor

... The situation simulated and shown in figure 6 was experimentally performed. As there are losses in the components, the duty cycle was adjusted to obtain nominal output voltage. Good results were achieved, as can be seen in figure 8, where input current and voltage (a), output voltage (b) and a detai ...

... - This symptom is typically a result of grounding problems or digital signals coupled to analog lines. Connect pin 11 (analog ground) to the 100kΩ resistor at signal input. If the offset disappears, the problem is a result of IR drops in the ground line. Reconnect ground lines similar to Figure 8. I ...

Coupon-eligible converter box

A coupon-eligible converter box (CECB) was a digital television adapter that met eligibility specifications for subsidy ""coupons"" from the United States government. The subsidy program was enacted to provide over-the-air television viewers with an affordable way to continue receiving free digital over-the-air television services after the nation's television service transitioned to digital transmission and analog transmissions ceased. The specification was developed by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), with input from the broadcast and consumer electronics industries as well as public interest groups.
