CHS LEARNING OPTIONS PROGRAM REAPPLICATION
This application is for students who have applied for LOP in a previous year and were successful in one
or more online classes.

Chetek High School trimester deadlines will
be followed and not the vendor’s.
CHS’s grading scale will be used in all
classes except AP and dual credit.
Parents are expected, along with the CHS
staff facilitator, to monitor and coach the
student in the online class.
Student will follow classroom and
technology guidelines and regulations.
Students may not be enrolled in more than
two credits per term. An overload must be
approved by the building administrator.
Failure of the class will mean the
student/parents are accountable for the
cost of the class (average of $350.)
Students will be allowed a ten day grace
period from the date of enrollment within
which they can withdraw from the class
with no monetary penalty.
