Directions
1. Place ingredients in order listed in a slow cooker.
2. Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or until meat is
tender.
Baking Option:
Place larger roasts in a Dutch Oven or other large
baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 to 3 hours.
Cooking Tip:
Prepare larger roast than needed for this meal, shred
and refrigerate or freeze extra to use in other recipes.
Slow cooker size: 5 quart is recommended, a 6 quart
has room for an extra 3 pounds of roast, but not for
the extra vegetables.
