MAX WINFREY PERFORMANCE / TECH RIDER
The following is a list of the requirements for Max Winfrey’s performance.
Since most venues differ in size and setup, this list should be used as a
simple guideline for the advance team as they prepare for the show. Every
reasonable attempt will be made to adapt to the venue’s limitations.
1. Stage Requirements
A stage that is raised a minimum of 2 feet is better for the audience view. It
should have a clean surface and a performance area that is at least 12’ x 12’.
If there are items on stage during the show, these must be approved by
Max.
2. Sound and Lighting
The venue should have adequate lighting and sound amplification for the
size of the audience. A professional tech production team is preferred.
The following is required:
- 1 wireless headset or lapel microphone
- CD player
- General lighting wash
- 1 sound technician available 1 hour before venue opens to the audience
- 1 square table (or folding leg card table) approximately 36” squared on
stage
3. Dressing Room
A secure, private room should be made available prior to the
performance. If the venue is located inside a hotel, Max will use
the hotel room as a dressing room. Please provide bottle water.
4. Load In
A parking space should be provided which is in close proximity to the
performing area for unloading and loading of props and equipment.
5. Seating Arrangement and Performance time
In order to optimize the audience experience, please ensure that there are
no large gaps between the stage and the first row of seats or dining tables.
The performance should not begin before the audience is finished their
meal, and have been settled with their attention given to the stage. This is
best accomplished by having a host or emcee provide a proper introduction
to the show.
