Who We Are
Prutha is an entirely new concept for Goa. Developed initially as a purely online resource, Prutha will promote the concept of social
work in its widest sense, looking at how our private lives, communities and businesses can work for our good and for the good of
society. This will include areas as diverse as the environment, local cultures and language, the promotion and development of the arts,
beneficial scientific progress, care for nature and animals and the more traditional social work areas like the care of the elderly, the
poor, children and those who are mentally or physically sick. Prutha will aim to be an active centre of discussion and progress, with
key articles stimulating constructive debate and dialogue.
Prutha is conceived as a resource that will be completely independent of all organisations, political and religious views and even
individual social work bodies. It is recognised however that it has its origin in Christian social work, and the articles will never
conflict with the core ideology derived from that. It will feature articles on subjects including food, sports, lifestyle, travel, music,
film, arts, fashion, NGO work, corporate social responsibility and any other area where a contribution can be made to society.

We offer a range of types of advertising space at Prutha:

Business card promotion - the simplest form of advertising. Simply send us your business card and we will add it to the end
of one of our articles or to the homepage. There is also the option to link your business card to your website so that viewers
can visit you directly from our site.

Vertical side banner - Available on any of our articles, side banners are particularly suitable if you have a list of items to
feature, such as highlights from your restaurant menu, or featured discounts in your shop. You can send us a paper copy of
your completed design (maximum width: 8cm), or email us your logo and the content you want to feature and we will design
your banner. There is also the option to link your banner to your website so that viewers can visit you directly from our site.

Lower banner - Available on all our articles and on the homepage, lower banners stretch across the entire width of our
pages. This is an excellent opportunity to show your name, logo, contact details and a simple description of what you do to a
great number of online viewers. You can send us a paper copy of your completed design (maximum size: 30cm width x 8cm
depth), or email us your logo and the content you want to feature and we will design your banner. There is also the option to
link your banner to your website so that viewers can visit you directly from our site.
