Summary scope of contract:
Waste Management Plan of the Republic of Croatia is being amended, in accordance with the comments and
opinions from government bodies and the general public received during the process of public debate, taking
into account the guidelines and measures resulting from the Circular Economy Package (Communication from
the Commission to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and
the Committee of the Regions Closing the loop - an EU Action Plan for the Circular Economy, COM/2015/614,
2.12.2015). Accordingly, it is necessary to make appropriate amendments/ update to the Strategic
Environmental Assessment of Waste Management Plan of the Republic of Croatia.
