The Ethical Excellence Seminar is a highly interactive
four-hour session that provides the tools, strategies and
confidence required for developing the ethical readiness
needed to keep yourself in top mental and moral shape.
Aristotle advised, "We are what we repeatedly do.
Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit."
You will learn to recognize and address a broad range of
emerging ethical challenges, blind spots that can derail
your reasoning or decision making, and an action plan for
sustained ethical thinking you can apply each day both
at work and at home. This session will help you:
 Broaden awareness of ethical issues and challenges
The Ethical Excellence Seminar
is the first session of the 3-part
Ethics Connections Program and is
required in order to advance to the
next two program components.
 Recognize ethical dilemmas and possible courses of
action
 Gain tools and strategies that promote ethical
decisions and behaviors
 Identify blind spots that lead good people into
unethical decisions and behaviors
 Develop a plan for sustaining ethical readiness
