• Learned that the different sites would go at
significantly different rates
• Found that trust isn’t immediate
• Worked through trust barrier with the help
of Annie’s Project participants
Session 2
• Found out that there is a significant
difference between a 10 minute break and
a week
• Learned that a marketing year isn’t quick if
we stop to answer questions
• Heard that participants could bingo their
marketing plans
Session 3
• Ran out of time
• Another session not an option
• Better offer Tools separately from pre or
post harvest programs
Lessons Learned
• Twice as much time isn’t enough
• It’s more fun
• Impact is significant
