Strategic goals of CCWG
1. CCWG is an effective platform for diverse stakeholders to
enhance Vietnam’s resilience to climate change and plays an
important role in national decision-making processes as well
as international negotiations.
2. We are continuously learning from each other’s best
practices and are growing together to best achieve our
organizations’ and shared goals.
3. All members are strongly and equally engaged in the
fulfillment of CCWG’s vision and mission.
Goal 1: CCWG is an effective platform for diverse stakeholders to
enhance Vietnam’s resilience to climate change and plays an
important role in national decision-making processes as well as
international negotiations.
1. Government, NGOs, media, and private sector can all work
together through CCWG towards the common goal of making
Vietnam resilient to Climate Change.
2. People are aware of climate change and have the capacity to
cope and adapt.
3. The most vulnerable people can have improved lives while
Vietnam responds and adapts to climate change.
4. Civil-society participation and active citizenship are
encouraged and contribute to achieving an improved
resilience.
