Jean Casper is the Director of Administration at the Master
Builders Association (MBA) of King and Snohomish Counties
where she promotes culture, building relationships and
organizational effectiveness. Along with directing the
Human Resource programs, she provides oversight to
finance, IT and operations. Prior to the MBA, Jean was a
consultant with the Washington Athletic Club and provided
comprehensive analysis of current human resource
compliance procedures and employee programs. She also
spent more than 20 years at Nordstrom as a regional
human resources director and a corporate senior human
resources compliance analyst. Jean earned her B.A. from Eastern Washington University.
She sits on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Drug and Narcotics Treatment Center
and Recycling Center, and is involved in several organizations, including the Society of
Human Resource Management, Seattle Union Gospel Mission, American Cancer Society
and the South Puget Sound Society of Human Resource Management.
