See incident report # 09-0264. 0820 TT676 Officer Burgess investigated the theft of a laptop computer, which occurred at the Texas Tech University Library. See offense report # 09-0265. 0930 TT652 Officer Morris documented information concerning a faculty member receiving faxes and e-mails from a fictitious company trying to scam the university. See incident report # 09-0266. 0848 TT663 Officer Babcock investigated criminal mischief, which occurred at Stangle Hall. Wall decorations were torn down from several doors and the bulletin boards on different floors. See offense report # 09-0267. 0936 TT663 Officer Babcock investigated criminal mischief, which occurred on the 1st floor of Murdough Hall. A window pane was shattered. See offense report # 09-0268. 1208 TT662 Officer Martinez investigated a theft of a Cannon Camera, which occurred at the Music Building, Practice room. See offense report # 09-0269. SHIFT 3 2342 TT664 0110 TT665 Officer Barkley detained a student in room 107 Murdough Residence Hall. He was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of alcohol by a minor and then released. See offense report # 09-0270. Officer Pair arrested a student for public intoxication, which occurred on the east side of Horn residence Hall. She was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 09-0271. SIGNED: ______________________________________ 0135 TT629 Corporal Snow arrested a non student for driving while intoxicated, after an observed traffic violation in the intersection of Indiana Avenue and 4th Street and a subsequent traffic stop in the 300 block of University Avenue. Sergeant K. Miller arrested a non student for public intoxication. Both were transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was inventoried and impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 09-0272. 0147 TT649 Officer Williams detained non student after an observed traffic violation at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and University Avenue and a subsequent traffic stop in the 300 block of University Avenue. She was issued Lubbock County citations for possession of drug paraphernalia. See o offense report # 09-0273. 0208 0222 TT654 TT649 Officer Phillips detained two students which occurred at the front doors of Clement Residence Hall. One was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of alcohol by a minor and consumption of alcohol by a minor, and then released. The other was issued a Lubbock County citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor and then released. See offense report # 09-0274. Officer Williams detained two students in room 712 Coleman Residence Hall, after a report of a disturbance. Both were arrested for assault (Domestic Violence) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
