He was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of alcohol by a minor

Officer Pair arrested a student for public intoxication, which occurred on the
east side of Horn residence Hall. She was transported to the Lubbock County
Jail. See offense report # 09-0271.

Corporal Snow arrested a non student for driving while intoxicated, after an
observed traffic violation in the intersection of Indiana Avenue and 4th Street
and a subsequent traffic stop in the 300 block of University Avenue.
Sergeant K. Miller arrested a non student for public intoxication. Both were
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was inventoried and
impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 09-0272.

Officer Williams detained non student after an observed traffic violation at the
intersection of Broadway Avenue and University Avenue and a subsequent
traffic stop in the 300 block of University Avenue. She was issued Lubbock

Officer Phillips detained two students which occurred at the front doors of
Clement Residence Hall. One was issued a Lubbock County citation for
possession of alcohol by a minor and consumption of alcohol by a minor, and
then released. The other was issued a Lubbock County citation for
consumption of alcohol by a minor and then released. See offense report #
09-0274.
Officer Williams detained two students in room 712 Coleman Residence Hall,
after a report of a disturbance. Both were arrested for assault (Domestic
Violence) and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the
Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 09-0275.
